W e're pleased to share that the Chapter House has seen several important improvements over the past year: • The roof over the kitchen has been fully replaced, ensuring the integrity of the structure for years to come. • All 29 rooms have been freshly repainted, giving our undergraduates a clean and updated living space. • The dining room has been upgraded with new seating, providing a more comfortable and welcoming environment for meals and gatherings. Looking ahead, our next priority will likely be updating the furniture in the common rooms, ensuring shared spaces remain both functional and inviting. As always, these projects are made possible through a combination of undergraduate housing fees and generous alumni donations—thank you for continuing to invest in the Chapter's future! We are also excited to welcome our new house director, Belinda Seay, who brings energy and experience to her role. Please join us in giving her a warm welcome. ALPHA-PHI ZETA OF LAMBDA CHI ALPHA AT THE UNIVERSITY OF ALABAMA FALL 2025 T H I S Y E A R ' S A L U M N I L E A D E R S H I P T E A M Our Brotherhood Remains IN GOOD HANDS The State of the House I t's a privilege to reintroduce myself as the current House Corporation president. I'm honored to serve our Fraternity and help strengthen the lifelong bonds that make our brotherhood so special. I have been serving on House Corporation for 20+ years, and I'm entering my second (and final) stint as president. It is a privilege to serve as a steward of the physical property that represents our bond and advise the young men during their time in the house. We have made strides to recruit the next generations of alumni leaders, and you will see more of that in the coming years. I'd like to take a moment to recognize the dedicated team working alongside me this year: Harrison Camp, AΦ1319 Vice President of Housing Ross D'Entremont, AΦ1786, Treasurer Johnny Simpson, AΦ1657, Secretary Wayne Keith, AΦ775 Immediate Past President Roy Gregg, AΦ881, High Pi Tony Brown, AΦ827, Don Rhea, AΦ859, and William Hudson, AΦ946 Alumni at Large Each of these men brings experience, energy, and a deep commitment to the continued success of our Chapter and alumni community. Whether by joining a standing committee, serving on the Alumni Advisory Board, or organizing a group of brothers to visit campus, your engagement makes a real difference and helps maintain the strong legacy we all share. If you have any interest in getting involved, please reach out to alphaphizetaalumni@gmail.com. To stay connected and network professionally, we also invite all brothers to join our LinkedIn group, Lambda Chi Alpha - Alpha Phi Zeta Chapter. It's a great place to reconnect, mentor, and support each other. Lastly, I want to offer a tremendous thank you to Roy Gregg for more than 20 years of faithful service as alumni advisor. Roy's leadership, mentorship, and dedication have shaped generations of brothers. Please join us in celebrating Roy at this year's Homecoming—a well-deserved moment of recognition for a brother who has given so much. Homecoming will be November 15 against Oklahoma with a kickoff time to be determined—more information to come. Thank you all for your continued support, and I look forward to seeing many of you soon. In Z.A.X., William "Butch" Camp, AΦ888 House Corporation President GET INVOLVED!
