Our honored guest for the anniversary will be National President Susan Stockton, Western Kentucky. As we approach our 50th anniversary, we'll have some exciting updates regarding our campaign that we can't wait to share with everyone. Thank you again to everyone who has contributed! A t the recent Kappa Delta 2025 National Convention, the Epsilon Iota House Corporation was awarded the Joan Hovde Haines Outstanding House Corporation Award recognizing the top house corporation in the country. Here is the award speech given the evening of June 22 at the White Rose Banquet: The Joan Hovde Haines Outstanding House Corporation Award was first presented in 1989. In 1999, it was named to honor Joan's longtime service to Kappa Delta as national director of chapter housing affairs. This top award is chosen each biennium from among the House Corporation Award of Excellence recipients, who I would like to recognize once again. The women who serve on these house corporation boards go above and beyond to ensure our collegians have safe and competitive facilities. They lead massive capital projects, manage significant house corporation budgets, and serve as the property manager for the large student housing facilities we call home. These are big roles, and we are fortunate to have such qualified volunteers who give of their talent and time in this way. Now, one of them will be recognized as our top house corporation for this biennium, so without further ado, let me tell you what makes this year's winner most notable. This year's Joan Hovde Haines Outstanding House Corporation Award recipient is a model of transparency, leadership, and lasting commitment to Kappa Delta. Composed of dedicated alumnae, this team exemplifies strong communication, financial stewardship, and a deep investment in the member experience. This small but mighty HC has four members who together have over 90 years of KD volunteering experience, 50 of those years at the NLT level.
