DRAKE UNIVERSITY FALL 2025 T H E D I R K W e're thrilled to share exciting news from Iowa Delta Chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon! For the first time since the disruptions of the COVID-19 pandemic, our Chapter House will be fully occupied for the 2025-26 academic year. This return to full capacity marks an important milestone in our continued growth and momentum. The energy among our undergraduate brothers is strong, and we're excited to see the house once again filled with the brotherhood, leadership, and lifelong friendships that define SigEp at Drake. RENOVATION PROGRESS Our Chapter's success is due in no small part to the continued support of our alumni. The rewards of our recent capital campaign are being realized in meaningful ways. During the first years of this campaign, we've completed critical updates to the roof and upper- level living areas, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our undergraduate brothers. These improvements preserve the integrity of the house while elevating the living experience for future members. Looking ahead, we're actively pursuing bids for our next two major renovation projects: a complete front porch rebuild and a long-overdue kitchen renovation. These are ambitious goals, but they are well within reach thanks to the generosity and vision of our alumni community. We anticipate beginning work on these projects in summer 2026. These improvements will not only enhance daily life for our Chapter but will also ensure that our house remains a proud and functional home for decades to come. UNDERGRADUATE REPRESENTATION Beyond the walls of 1243 34th Street, Iowa Delta Chapter continues to thrive. Our Chapter is widely recognized as one of SigEp's premier Chapters—a reflection of the commitment, excellence, and balanced development of our members. Whether in the classroom, on campus, or in service to the Des Moines community, our brothers continue to uphold the values of Virtue, Diligence, and Brotherly Love. Thank you for your continued support and dedication to Iowa Delta. Together, we're ensuring that the legacy of Sigma Phi Epsilon at Drake grows stronger each year.
