S pring is a busy time at the chapter house, and I am so eager to share all of eta Iota's updates! Starting off with sisterhood, our bonds have grown exponentially over the school year. Tri Delta's spring events (courtesy of past Sisterhood Chairman Maci Kratzer '23) included cycling at the rec center, making flower bouquets and crafting pennants for our new rooms in the chapter house. Former Director of Philanthropy Kiera Rader '22 did a fabulous job with new events like a March MaDDDness basketball tournament, in which teams of three competed for the championship. We also continued our 25K in a Day event, raising just under $20,000 in 24 hours for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. We want to thank all of you for your support; we wouldn't be as successful without the love and support of our alumnae! As for campus involvement, eta Iota received the Excellence in Community Award during the Fraternal Excellence Awards in March. is was a testament to our involvement in campus clubs, our hard work for Panhellenic Day of Service and new events like Fairchild Fall Friends (introduced last fall). We are eager for our new executive committee and directors to step into their new roles! Addie Weishaar '22 held officer retreats for our incoming leaders and directions to prepare for the 2025-26 year. e new exec committee also attended Tri Delta's Collegiate Leadership Conference in Dallas, Texas, in late March. We learned how to expect great things from our members, set goals and lead our chapter to excellence in the year to come. To conclude the spring semester, we ran recruitment workshops to prepare for another amazing fall recruitment! is year will bring a larger incoming class, so we are starting early to be ready when our next potential sisters arrive on campus. As you can see, Tri Delta is still a special place. ank you for your commitment to our eta Iota sisterhood!
