Page 2 T his February, a contingent of Colorado Delta officers significantly benefited from the 2025 Carlson Leadership Academy in Oklahoma City, as all executive officers participated in the program alongside volunteers. This year's event was a record-breaker, with over 1,800 SigEp undergraduates, volunteers, and alumni impacted in six cities nationwide—the highest registration total since pre-COVID-19! Each Colorado Delta officer participated in a specialized track focused on helping them succeed in their role, developing leadership abilities, and building stronger brotherhoods. The skills and tools they gained will be instrumental in helping Colorado Delta grow, strengthen its operations, and achieve its goals for the year. WHAT WE'RE BRINGING BACK TO COLORADO DELTA • Hands-on Leadership Training: Our newly trained officers are now ready to inspire and guide the Chapter with the confidence and tools learned at Carlson. • Increased Efficiency: Our Chapter will operate more smoothly and effectively with strategies in place for better committee management and goal setting. • Stronger Brotherhood: The connections made with brothers from other Chapters will help us build a broader support network and deepen our Chapter's bonds. Whether it was newly elected executive boards getting hands-on job training, rising leaders developing fundamental skills, or volunteers and alumni learning to be more effective, the 2025 Carlson Leadership Academies were an incredible success. The hard work and dedication of our brothers made this experience possible. The lessons learned and the skills gained will continue to make a lasting impact on our Chapter. We're excited to take these tools back and use them to build an even stronger, more successful Colorado Delta. Daven Ballow William Blaik '28 | Oklahoma City, Okla.
