the Sigma Phi Epsilon chapter house.

door! We have a rental option for the
2026-27 academic year as well.

celebrating the demolition of our 1964 chapter house
and Building for Our Second Century campaign donors
who have made this significant milestone possible!
REGISTRATION INCLUDES:

'demo' events/activities

take home

covered Terrace, with your $1,000 or more
