Phase 2 Can't Be Completed WITHOUT YOU Join the Campaign Today I am pleased to share an update on our improvements to 2112 Lincoln Way. It's been a busy year of progress, and major construction on the exterior of the house was completed in the fall. Finishing touches include the addition of new sod in the backyard, installation of lighting on the back side of the property for aesthetics and safety, and restriping of the new basketball court. This summer, existing funds will support first-floor upgrades, including the replacement and modernization of the HVAC to include air conditioning of the main floor and basement living areas and a kitchen update that will allow meals to be served to the chapter starting in fall 2025. Although we are beginning crucial projects inside the house, we cannot fully implement Phase 2—which includes a complete renovation of the interior—without additional alumni support. We are grateful to the 94 donors who have contributed more than $1.2 million toward the 2112: The House That Built Us campaign, which has allowed us to make it this far in updating our home. However, we still have more than $700,000 to raise to complete what we set out to accomplish. To make this campaign and renovation a success, our alumni must step up. If you have previously contributed, we extend our deepest gratitude. If it is within your means, will you consider giving again in 2025 or setting up a pledge? Every donation brings us closer to $2 million and a fully renovated house. The House Corporation and Building Committee look forward to seeing many of you at Super Homecoming this fall and showing you the work completed at the Chapter House. We will also host an in-depth review of 2112: The House That Built Us about the projects completed and the remaining work to be done. We hope to see you there! In the Bonds, Guy Packard '81 House Corporation President This renovation is critical to ensure a strong future for Alpha Phi Chapter. Let's work together to close our fundraising gap. Today, we are at 10% participation. With more brothers on board, we can reach our goal. Remember, pledges may be spread across five years to maximize your giving. If you have yet to donate, I encourage you to join your brothers who have already pledged their support and make a gift today. We can assure you that your support will make a difference and have an immediate impact.
