Lambda Alumnus WINS RISING STAR AWARD at CFANS Borealis Night of Excellence E ric Houdek #1746 and his wife, Gabriella, were awarded the Rising Star Award at the CFANS Borealis Night of Excellence on April 17. Eric graduated with a bachelor's in animal science in 2016 and a master's, focusing on dairy cattle genetics, in animal science in 2019. Eric has continued to stay involved with university programs after graduation and serves as one of the coaches for the University of Minnesota's highly successful dairy judging team.
