ΔΔΔ Delta Xi Chapter at the University of Missouri Spring 2025 Crescent Ne ANNUAL MEETING We held our Annual Meeting on Sunday, May 4th, following the Circle Degree of Initiation. It was a beautiful ceremony welcoming over 50 collegiate members into Alumnae membership. During the Annual Meeting, the 2025-26 House Corporation Board of Directors was approved: Debbie Walz Austin '73, Julie Turnbo Bryant '85, Amber Phillips Condict '89, Shelly Wooten Fair '90, Glenda Dahl Hall '71, Julie Hutcheson Holland '85, Amy Jira Johnson '99, Lori Ann Shelby Malugen '80, Heidi Riemann Miles '80, Shannon Wright Morgan '92, Kathy Hamby Walther '71. PENDING PROJECTS The board has been researching the best options to expand and improve our laundry facility. We currently have four washers and four dryers. With over 80 members living in the house next year, we would love to utilize space in the basement to increase the number of machines. The committee is reviewing the many factors entailed when updating a 99-year-old facility. Also being considered are updates to our dormitory hallways, including new carpet, paint, trim, and bulletin boards. UPCOMING ANNIVERSARY Who loves to throw a great party? We welcome your ideas and suggestions on helping us celebrate our Chapter House, which will turn 100 years old in 2026. Please contact me with your inspirations! LET'S KEEP IN TOUCH One of the easiest ways to connect with your sisters is by utilizing our alumnae Facebook page: Mizzou Tri Delta- Delta Xi Alumni. It was started in 2013 and currently has 522 members. If you are a member of the page, be sure to invite Delta Xi sisters to join! Our newly elected alumnae relations chairman, Chloe Caskey '23, daughter of JB Jensen Caskey '93, is making a strong effort to make this page a source for all members to connect. Watch for fun prompts to post old photos, share stories, and stay up to date about chapter events. We would also love to share your Tri Delta news in our newsletter. We print twice a year and would love to include your updates, reunions, births/deaths, photos, etc. Everything can be emailed to me. Loyally, Amber Phillips Condict '89 House Corporation Board President 901alumnae@gmail.com Keeping Our Sisters Connected M issouri Chapter was honored in multiple ways at the annual Mizzou Fraternity and Sorority Honors Banquet. Tri Delta was one of five finalists for the MU Sorority Chapter of the Year. Our amazing chapter president, Anna Long '21, was named Sorority President of the Year (our second year in a row!). The chapter was also honored for Excellence in Alumni and Graduate Engagement, Campus Engagement, Academic Achievement and Support, and Membership Development. Two of our outstanding alumnae were also honored. Heidi Riemann Miles '80 was recognized for her service and dedication to the MU FSL advisory board and our local Tri Delta chapter. Teresa Keith McKinney '72 and her husband, Bruce, were honored for their leadership and advocacy in supporting MU alumni operations and fraternity and sorority life at Mizzou. As the alumna advisor, it was a privilege to represent Tri Delta at this event that honored and celebrated this outstanding chapter and our amazing collegiate and alumnae leaders. I'm so proud of the work the women in the chapter have done to earn these awards and this recognition, and I am grateful for the advisors and alumnae who support them in that work. I am forever proud to be a member of Tri Delta and of Delta Xi Chapter at Mizzou.
