n the last decade, most sorority and fraternity facilities at U of A have undergone major renovations or complete rebuilds that
were funded by their generous alumni. Through careful consideration and planning, the Alumni Chapter has purchased and paid
for land on South Razorback Road for Alpha Iota. This property is primed for growth around it from the U of A and is the largest
fraternity lot in Fayetteville.

"Our Fraternity has had over nine decades of rich history at our beloved University, and our
Undergraduate Chapter has shown such resilience by going from a near disappearance to becoming
one of the largest AGR chapters in the nation. Our Alumni have seen the national recognition and
decided to rally support for Alpha Iota and build a new Chapter home for ALL of us. Now is the
moment for our AGR brothers to all jump in the boat together, row feverishly in the same direction, and
live by our motto to Make Better Men. It is time to return our Chapter to Razorback Road forever."
