T H I S T I M E ?
With generous Alumni help, Alpha Iota has already
purchased and paid off the 2.4 acres on Razorback
Road to build our new home.
We have teamed up with Brother Nathan Morton '05 as
our architect, CR Crawford for construction, and SiteWise
Civil Engineering to develop site and grading plans.
OUR GOALS:
Build a Chapter house that brothers and Alumni will
be proud to call home.
Provide competitive amenities, including multiple
study rooms and lounges, an officer suite,
Housemother quarters, a multipurpose facility to hold
over 100 members for Chapter, and parking for all
members (in-house and out-of-house).
Create a rallying place for all brothers to come
together, strengthening their bond through shared
experiences, discussions, and activities.
Provide spacious bedrooms for 35 brothers and
ample common areas consistent with the best student
residences in Fayetteville.

hile Alpha Iota has continued to build brotherhood on U of A's campus, we're missing out on experiences that come with a
permanent place to call home.
