Pebbles Glenn Nix '92 and her spouse, Robert, have a 12-year-old son
who is fun and an avid soccer player. Pebbles is an interior designer and
the owner and principal of Pebbles Nix Interiors. Her family loves to
travel and spend time with family and friends. They reside in Atlanta, Ga.

Lou Johnson Johanson '60 says, "Sending my best to Epsilon Beta and
Chi Omega sisters I have known living around the world. Grateful for all
the good times together and the ties that bind." She lives in Raleigh, N.C.

A. Diane Blanton Cannon '63 resides in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla. Prior
to retirement, she raised her daughters and did extensive volunteer work
before switching to paid development work in New York. Diane has
been a widow for almost nine years and will be moving into a retirement

Mary-Brent Smith Wright '70 is finishing up chairing a capital
campaign for SAFEchild, a child abuse nonprofit in Raleigh she has been
associated with for over 30 years. With five grandchildren each playing
multiple sports, the rest of her time is spent at game sites in and around

Lyn Maness '76 lives in Raleigh, N.C. She stays involved at UNC-Chapel
Hill through Center for the Study of the American South board membership
as well as the Carolina Women's Leadership Council. She has also been
involved with the North Carolina Museum of History, SAFEchild, and

Ann Emery Wooten '81 has adored volunteering for Epsilon Beta
Chapter for the past 23 years. She has been married to her college
sweetheart, Ron, for 43 years. They feel blessed to have their eight
grandchildren living within a mile of their home in Raleigh, N.C. Ann's
daughter, Rachel Wooten Matthews '07, is also an alumna. Email:

Susan Ayres Watson '87 lives in her hometown of Atlanta, Ga. She
is married with three sons, and Susan runs her own nutrition business
following a career in sports marketing and the Olympic world. Susan also
runs a nonprofit she co-founded called Daughters Against Alzheimer's.

Anne Exum Barnes '94 shares that her daughter, Anne Slater Barnes
'26, is a sophomore and is immediate past Chapter president. Her younger
daughter, Elizabeth Barnes '28, started in fall 2023. Anne resides in
