Starting in spring 2024, MC Rodgers '21 and her team put in lots of time and effort to ensure success. By cultivating a positive environment, there was better attendance at practices, the 2023 pledge class enjoyed the recruitment process better as a whole, and there was an overall boost in morale. In spring 2024, we were also able to interact with another chapter of the Panhellenic community to swap and run rounds. Through this, we got to know women from another sorority and give each other constructive feedback to make our rounds better for primary recruitment. During Work Week, Phi Mu's recruitment team did a great job of making it more fun and less "work." We collaborated with brands to receive PR, which was a great morale boost for our members. The team also chose fun, inclusive Work Week themes. In the schedule, we had time for three different "sorority swaps" where we were again able to meet and collaborate with other chapters of the Panhellenic community, which helped our members prepare to talk to potential new members (PNMs) and gave the recruitment team an idea of what could be improved. Primary recruitment 2025 was great for Phi Mu. MC Rodgers and Lauren Ross '21 led our Chapter with such grace. We focused on ensuring that each PNM who walked into the Phi Mu house felt loved, seen, and heard. Our goal was to find strong women who could be the future of Phi Mu. Throughout the process, we met so many amazing women. Overall, our main goal was to be genuine, kind, and positive. MC Rodgers and her team did an incredible job, and I am looking forward to seeing all the ways our Chapter will grow this year. Recruitment Efforts Lead to Chapter Growth Congratulations to our 2024-25 executive committee! Alpha Delta's newly appointed recruitment team. Executive Board
