Page 3 O ver the years, Indiana Zeta has set the standard for a fraternity done right. Our members are high-achieving, involved on campus, and genuine, caring individuals. Indiana Zeta has won Fraternity of the Year at Valparaiso University for the past 24 years and is coming up on a quarter century of excellence. Additionally, we are coming up on an aspirational fifth Buchanan Cup in a row, which would make it Indiana Zeta's first gold Buc Cup. EXCELLING IN THE CLASSROOM Our academic achievements have been outstanding, and we consistently earn first or second place in highest fraternity GPA on campus. This is a more impressive feat since Indiana Zeta is the largest fraternity on campus, meaning almost all our brothers are excelling in their academics. One standout brother is Matthew Yee '24, a civil engineering and music double major, who graduated with a GPA of 4.0. You can now find him performing around the world with the U.S. Coast Guard Band. COMMITTED TO SERVICE We have continued our philanthropy efforts for Hilltop Neighborhood House by raising $4,500 through SigEp Splash in fall 2024. The money raised goes toward buying Hilltop the supplies and toys they need, wrapping them, and surprising the kids with Santa and lots of toys to unwrap. The look of joy on their faces is fulfilling. Indiana Zeta completed a second fall philanthropy event by hosting a live concert. A couple brothers sold tickets and performed live music to raise even more money for Hilltop. FULLY ENGAGED ON CAMPUS If you come by Valparaiso University, you can find Indiana Zeta SigEps anywhere on campus. From chapel techs to WVUR radio hosts, engineering club presidents, cultural student organization members, tutors, intramural sport referees, Interfraternity Council officers, French and Writing Club founders, esports gamers, golfers, swimmers … the list is vast with the reach SigEps have on campus. Most importantly, we like each other. The culture and bond within our brotherhood are awesome. Come by 705 Mound Street and you will find brothers making dinner, watching football, playing ping pong and pool, or studying for an exam. Indiana Zeta is our home during our four years at Valpo, but also our family for the rest of our lives.
