Brothers volunteer with Animal Rescue Fund to help animals in need of proper care and shelter. A big thank you to the wonderful staff for hosting us and everyone else involved. I t is both a privilege and an honor to serve as chapter president of Epsilon Mu. While serving this past year as academics chairman, I saw the extraordinary potential within our brotherhood. As president, I look forward to strengthening the chapter, promoting individual and collective growth, and deepening our impact on the community. A top priority will be to enhance chapter leadership by ensuring open communication and instilling advanced planning of events and operations. By fostering collaboration and accountability among our officers, we can set a clear direction for Delt's success. I also want to develop a positive atmosphere in the Shelter in which every brother feels supported and connected to our shared goals. Growth as individuals is just as important as our chapter's growth. Encouraging upperclassmen to mentor and engage with younger members is integral to both. Guidance with academics and sharing insights about college life can help every member reach their full potential and strengthen the bonds of brotherhood. Community engagement and philanthropy remain key pillars of who we are as Delts. I look forward to building on the success of our annual Watermelon Bust philanthropy event and exploring opportunities for another major event this spring. Increasing our involvement with local organizations and dedicating more hours to community service will not only enhance our reputation but also reinforce the values we strive to embody. I am grateful to our alumni, parents, and supporters who have continually invested in Epsilon Mu's future with their time, talents, and treasure. This support enables us to grow as leaders, scholars, and men of integrity. To my brothers, I am excited about what lies ahead. Let us work together to make this a year of accomplishment and pride. Fraternally, Layden Brunger Chapter President A Message from the Chapter President The Path Ahead The Path Ahead E psilon Mu is proud to announce an incredibly successful fall 2024 recruitment, resulting in the activation of 21 impressive new members. Despite the recent decline in Greek community numbers, ours is one of the largest on campus. We had fantastic participation throughout the week, and thanks to our brothers' hard work and dedication, we were able to showcase the unique brotherhood and values of Delta Tau Delta. From the IFC Cookout at University Green to the final invitation- only event, the enthusiasm and energy shared by both our active brothers and prospective members made a memorable recruitment experience for all. Our lineup of events began with the IFC Cookout, where we set up the classic Delt tailgate tent and flags along with music, burgers, and cornhole to attract new faces. Further activities included Sports Night, with a custom-painted wiffleball field, and the Colts Kickoff Party, where prospective members relaxed and got to know the brothers over pizza and football. Other events, like Information Night and Casino Night, provided prospective members with both a closer look at our fraternity's values and a chance to socialize in a fun, laid-back environment. Boulder Falls was another favorite, where we played putt-putt and hit the batting cages, finishing off with ice cream to keep things cool. Our enthusiasm for recruitment continues this spring as events commence early in the semester. We're excited to share the results soon! These 21 new members have worked hard to earn their spot. Welcome to the best fraternity out there—let's make some memories! Brothers at the annual Emerge conference! This event brings together Delta Tau Delta chapters from across the region for a day of collaboration and improvement. Special congratulations to our former chapter president, Gavin Sullivan, for being recognized as Distinguished President and leading with excellence! Recruitment Report
