He lives in Dallas, Texas. Email: tkruss@ix.netcom.com William G. Whitehill '79 was appointed by Governor Abbott to serve as an inaugural judge of the newly created Texas Business Court. The court hears complex commercial and internal governor cases. Bill previously served as a justice on the Texas fifth district court of appeals. He resides in Coppell, Texas. Email: wgwhitehill@gmail.com Craig Casselberry '86 shared, "We just celebrated our 30th anniversary as a Texas government and public affairs consulting firm!" He lives in Austin, Texas. Email: craigcasselberry@gmail.com Scott M. Emley '01 started High 5 in 2016 with two Longhorn teammates, Cullen Loeffler '99 and Matt Anderson '05. "We are now expanding from our two locations in Austin and Lake Travis to locations in DFW, Oklahoma, and Florida," he said. Scott lives in McKinney, Texas. Email: scott@bowlhighfive.com In Memoriam John Tyler '63, devoted husband, father, grandfather, and respected attorney, passed away on December 31, 2024, at age 83, surrounded by family. A co-founder of Shaw and Tyler, P.C., he practiced law for over 35 years. John was a dedicated SigEp volunteer, earning the prestigious Order of the Golden Heart. A lifelong member of St. John the Divine, he served in numerous leadership roles. John is survived by his wife of 52 years, Meta, and their four children. See more about John on pages 1-2! James McGraw '72 passed away on November 4, 2024, at age 74 after living with Alzheimer's. He earned an economics degree from The University of Texas and a law degree from the University of Houston. He was Executive Editor of the Houston Law Review, and co-founded Looper Reed and McGraw, where he was known as "the Professor" for his brilliant legal mind and mentorship. A man of deep faith, he was a dedicated member of St. John the Divine. He is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, and sister. Adam Yarbro '07 passed away in October of 2024.
