T
he fall semester kickoff for Sigma Phi
Epsilon Ohio Theta's 75th anniversary
celebration was truly memorable! The
event began with a brothers-only reception
on the evening of Friday, October 4, at the
Fifth-Third Arena Champions Club. This was
an opportunity for brothers to reconnect
while enjoying the state-of-the-art facilities,
and it set the tone for the weekend's
festivities. Programming included alumni
speakers, undergraduate speakers, and the
University of Cincinnati's head basketball
coach, Wes Miller.
The following day, we held a brunch and
open house at the SigEp house, where
alumni and guests enjoyed a delightful
brunch spread from Angilo's Pizza
Norwood and open-bar beverages. The
event included guided tours of the house
and campus, presentations by the alumni
board, an overview of Ohio Theta's five-year
strategic plan, and a chance to reminisce
with old friends.
The highlight of the weekend was the 75th
Anniversary Banquet at the American Sign
Museum—a unique and dynamic venue that
perfectly complemented the celebration. The
evening hosted Grand Chapter President
Brad Nahrstadt, Monmouth '89 as a guest
