Please take an opportunity to read this edition of The Cordelt to see the tremendous progress we made in 2024 on the Phase 1 of our Shelter renovations, enabled by the generosity of our alumni through the Our Home, Our Legacy campaign. 2025 will focus on completing Phase 1 renovations and planning the Shelter rededication at our 135th anniversary celebration at Homecoming 2025. I'm excited to see all of our donors back on the Hill to celebrate our brotherhood. We now have $2.5 million committed to the campaign from over 193 alumni, undergraduates, and friends. Special thanks to Sonny Sonnenstein '90 for his leadership of this tremendous effort. For those of you who've committed to ensuring a bright future for Delt at Cornell—a sincere thank you! For those of you who have not yet participated, now is the time to get involved! Please join us today in supporting Delt! I can honestly say I've never been more optimistic for the future of our fraternity, mostly because of the dedication of our undergraduate and alumni brothers, wherever dispersed around the globe. We thank you for your loyalty to Beta Omicron, and I look forward to connecting with as many of you as possible in 2025!
