We are extremely grateful for all the amazing work our current chapter counselor has done. The chapter has been very happy to have his help as well, and they recently submitted a nomination for SigEp New Volunteer of the Year on his behalf. Please read below what Chantry had to say in recognition of this award! "Winning the SigEp New Volunteer of the Year award for my role as chapter counselor for Penn Delta Chapter has been a profound honor, reflecting the collaborative effort and dedication of our entire team. My primary responsibility has been to support our chapter president, Reagan McGill '26, through biweekly mentoring sessions where we discuss leadership strategies, chapter development, and personal growth. These meetings have fostered a strong bond and enhanced the chapter's overall direction. Additionally, I've engaged with other executive members in monthly meetings, creating an open forum for ideas and initiatives that benefit the chapter as a whole. One of our significant achievements this past year was taking a group of six undergraduates to the Carlson Leadership Academy, where they gained invaluable leadership skills and networking opportunities. We also brought four undergraduates to Conclave in San Antonio, a transformative experience that allowed them to connect with brothers from across the nation. Moreover, our commitment to leadership development extended to sending two undergraduates to the Ruck Leadership Institute, reinforcing our chapter's focus on cultivating future leaders. I am especially grateful to my mentor and friend, Conrad Eberstein '65, for his encouragement, enthusiasm, and welcoming me into the fold. This award represents not just my contributions, but also the collective efforts of a dedicated team striving for excellence within SigEp." Congratulations on Being Honored, Chantry!
