I t's hard to believe we are nearly finished with the fall 2024 semester! W E LCO M I N G N E W FAC E S We are grateful and excited to have welcomed 102 incredible members to Kappa. We had a beautiful initiation on October 12, and today, our great tradition at UK continues. The house is already full for the 2025-26 school year, which reflects an incredible level of engagement across the chapter. S U M M E R H O U S E U P DAT E S Before undergraduates returned to campus for the fall, the House Board was busy making updates to the house. As you can imagine, with so many women utilizing the facility, it can be challenging to find furniture that can keep up! This summer we updated some pieces, which included reupholstery and the purchase of new couches. Additionally, we took advantage of the empty house to make some HVAC repairs and update our landscaping. We are actively looking for more House Board members to work in partnership with chapter leaders to ensure we have a beautiful space that serves as a home for all chapter members, whether they live in the house or not. If you are interested in serving on the board or have any questions about the time commitment, please reach out to Bri Triplitt '97 at bri570b@yahoo.com. It's a great opportunity to contribute your talents and keep our home the most beautiful on campus! If volunteering on the House Board isn't your preference, but you still want to support the house, there's another option for you! We still have an open campaign via Kappa where you can make a tax-deductible donation. Visit kappakappagamma.org/donate and be sure to select the Beta Chi House Project. Please know that your donations go directly to the house and our efforts to continue our lovely legacy. Loyally, Katti Bowling Nash '02 H E L P B E T A C H I G R O W ! Stay Connected to Kappa!
