Kappa Delta's former National
President and Foundation Board
Chairman, was recently recognized as
the 2024 Outstanding Volunteer by the
Foundation for Fraternal Excellence.
This award recognizes the dedicated
leadership of a fraternity or sorority
member who has committed their time,
efforts, and financial support for their
organization's fundraising projects.
Beth becomes the first Kappa Delta
alumna to be honored with the award after
more than 30 years of devoting herself to
our sisterhood. Congratulations, Beth!

Ann Guilford Miller '49 resides in Lakeland, Fla.
She continues to attend functions and meetings of
organizations and church. Ann is a sustaining member of
the Junior League of Greater Lakeland, and she is involved
with Church Circle FUMC.
Tricia Lawrence Ritter '60 lives with her husband, Carl,
in a beautiful retirement area (Lake Tellico) in Tennessee.
They enjoy family life and have five adult grandchildren.

Elizabeth Anderson Dillon '66 retired from work as an
English and humanities professor at Pepperdine University
in Malibu. She enjoys her backyard, hiking, biking, tennis,
traveling, her two daughters, and her golden retriever.

Lynn Sherrill Davis '72 lives in Destin, Fla. She is a real
estate broker in Florida and Alabama, currently renting
three beachfront condos for vacation rentals.

Connie Horne Aplin '82 recently moved after more than
30 years in Lakeland. She has volunteered for 14 years with
Women of Compassion, a group of women supporting and
raising money for the many ministries of One More Child—
single moms, victims of trafficking, vulnerable children—in
Florida, other states, and internationally. Connie resides in
