s we've communicated over the past few
years, 2112: The House that Built Us is
more than renovating our home. Rather, we are
on a journey to fulfill three strategic priorities:
• Reestablish Alpha Phi Chapter with a group
of men we would be honored to be
associated with.
• Ensure 2112 Lincoln Way is a modern,
market-relevant, and safe home to Alpha
Phi for decades to come.
• Ensure the proper support system is in
place to bolster the active chapter, alumni,
and physical property.
With the chapter being chartered in December
2023, we are well underway with the first
priority. As you've seen on the cover of this
newsletter, we are also making progress on the
second. For the third, roughly two dozen alumni
are giving their time and talent in support of
Alpha Phi. Beyond financial support, there
is always an opportunity to give back to help
shape men who will go on to shape the world by
volunteering for Alpha Phi.
The Alumni Association is seeking alumni with
a background in marketing, digital marketing,
and corporate communications to assist us with
our ongoing alumni outreach. These alumni
would help us with our digital communication
strategy, helping us get in front of more
alumni in a more timely manner. The Alumni
Association currently meets via Zoom for an
hour each month. Please contact Ben Boden

to help us with this effort as a member of the
Alumni Association.
