Brothers serenading our newest SigEp Sweetheart at the Annual Flower Dance. C olorado Gamma Chapter has experienced a truly exceptional semester, marked by significant achievements in academics, leadership, and community involvement. Continuing the momentum from the previous term, we earned an impressive 3.4 GPA— the highest among fraternities on campus. Our chapter's holistic growth goes beyond academics, reflecting our commitment to developing balanced men. This summer, Reece Carmody '26 and I attended the Ruck Leadership Institute, where we honed our leadership skills. We brought our insights back to CSU, playing pivotal roles in a retreat at the university's Mountain Campus that equipped the executive board and emerging leaders with tools for continued success. Our fall recruitment efforts added 50 new members, expanding our chapter to 148—the largest and most dynamic on campus. With a full house and an enthusiastic brotherhood, we are embracing our mission to redefine the fraternity experience. Our commitment to leadership extends across campus; Aiden Hall '26, Scott Green '26, and Sam Elmore '26 hold the maximum three positions on the Interfraternity Council, while Conner Ellis '27, Emilio Serrano '27, and Luke Johnson '27 contribute to the programming board. Our chapter's example is setting a standard followed by Greek life and the wider student body alike. We are thrilled to welcome our new faculty fellow, Ethan Billingsley, from the Department of Human Dimensions of Natural Resources. His involvement has already benefited our members, including a recent brotherhood event at Duncan's Ridge, where 20 members enjoyed a day of rock climbing and learning safety skills. This semester, we are also leading SigEp nationally, serving as a pilot chapter for a new ritual program and a revamped Balanced Man Program. These initiatives have strengthened our internal community through events like a chapter-wide camping trip and health education sessions facilitated by the CSU Health Center. We remain committed to our local community through service initiatives such as the SigEp Suds and Stripes Car Wash benefiting Disabled American Veterans and our upcoming participation in the Fall Cleanup to beautify Fort Collins neighborhoods. Our chapter's growth and dedication enable us to achieve more than ever, and we eagerly anticipate further enhancing our impact on campus and in the community.
