The newly streamlined Balanced Man Program, SigEp's hallmark of continuous personal development, challenges each brother to improve himself in many areas. All this while developing lifelong brotherhood and having FUN! A high standard of accountability plays a key role. Each member takes personal responsibility for upholding the Chapter's values while holding brothers to the same high standards. Members use the standards board to address challenging issues openly and constructively, ensuring everyone contributes to each other's and the Chapter's success. SUPPORTING THIS VISION IS WHERE WE COULD USE YOUR HELP. Above all, a brotherhood spanning generations and Chapters will guide our Chapter. Many hands make light work, and you don't have to be near Boulder. Chapter Restart: How YOU Can Help UNIVERSITY OF COLORADO FALL 2024 Updates from Colorado Alpha Supporting the brothers in restarting the SigEp Chapter at Colorado-Bouder in fall 2025 will be rewarding. The three fall 2024 expansion efforts are off to a great start! WHAT WE'RE GOING TO BUILD… This Chapter will become a community of men dedicated to living out the values of Virtue, Diligence, and Brotherly Love in their daily lives, creating an environment where each member thrives in all aspects of well- being as captured so well in a recent Gallup survey. This isn't accidental—and SigEp excels at bringing this potential to reality. Alumni Involvement Is Key This Chapter will celebrate and encourage academic excellence. Every member takes pride in his academic performance because the Chapter fosters a culture where intellectual curiosity and growth are celebrated and works with the university to take full advantage of their resources. Personal and leadership development is also a cornerstone. Each member is encouraged to take on leadership roles within the Fraternity and in the larger campus community. The Chapter holds We'll have: 1. Officer mentors for individual officers (e.g., recruitment mentor) 2. Career mentors who could help a brother land an internship or coach him in his chosen field 3. The SigEp Chapter House on September 11, 2014. We currently have it leased out and plan to reoccupy when we restart the Chapter in fall 2025 and gain enough members (fall 2027 at the earliest).
