The Duck call Page 2 DU STAYS ON TOP Academic Achievements and Chapter Recognitions M E M B E R S H I P The chapter entered the 2024-25 academic year with roughly 175 members, the third largest of all fraternities on campus and the most of any DU chapter in North America. Strong spring semester performance in grades and philanthropy and extensive member participation in leadership programming over the summer have positioned the chapter for future success. GR A D E S The chapter finished the spring semester with a 3.27 GPA, which was above the all-men's and all-fraternity averages. The chapter had 61 members make the dean's list, the fifth most of all fraternities on campus. C H A P T E R R E C O GN I T I O N Missouri Fraternity and Sorority Life hosted its year-end celebration at Memorial Stadium on April 19. DU received three awards: Honors Chapter (top 15 chapters on campus), Academic Achievement (GPA above the all-men's and all-fraternity averages), and Engagement (excellence in campus and community affairs). Twelve undergraduate members attended the Delta Upsilon Leadership Institute from August 2-4 in Atlanta. The chapter was recognized as a Sweepstakes Finalist for overall chapter excellence. This designation is reserved for the top 15 chapters across North America. R E C RU I T M E N T Our summer and formal recruitment program resulted in the signing of 56 new associate members. The 3.67 GPA was significantly above the entering student average. A summary profile is provided on page 3 along with their names, hometowns, and high schools.
