FALL 2024
(Continued on page 2)
T
he leaves are turning, and football
season is here. We began the
school year by welcoming 183 excited
new pledges who will call Phi Mu Alpha
Delta home for the rest of their lives.
Recruitment went very smoothly; Work
Week was creative and fun, the number
of parties was lengthy but successful,
and Bid Day was enjoyed by all! We
are so proud of our leadership and the
positive attitude from everyone—pledges,
members, and alumnae.
With over 600 members, the wear and
tear on the house is real. Between meals,
activities, and philanthropy events, the
girls are using the house more than we
could ever imagine. Your donations to the
Alpha Delta Building Fund remain more
important than ever. It is these funds that
allow us to maintain and improve our
facility and landscaping. We continue to be
competitive with other houses on campus,
and this aspect is important to our life on
the Ole Miss campus.
If you are still interested in making
a donation, please do not hesitate to
contact Jan Williamson Entrekin '82 at
jwentrekin@comcast.net to discuss how
you can help, or visit phimuolemiss.

house and all things Phi Mu. See you soon!

Happy fall! We're thrilled to share the latest Alpha Delta news with you.
RECRUITMENT
We started our semester by recruiting 183 new members at the end of
August during Primary Recruitment. This new member class has made
Phi Mu Alpha Delta the largest Phi Mu chapter in the country as well as
one of the largest chapters on campus!
PHILANTHROPY
This semester, we are doing a joint pickleball philanthropy event with
ADPi that will benefit Le Bonheur Children's Hospital and Ronald
McDonald House. We have begun hospital tours again with Le Bonheur
and have also started hosting hospital parties at Le Bonheur with the kids.
On September 14, we hosted our first hospital party, where we played
games and colored with the children. We are doing Cheesin' for the
Children as our fall philanthropy event and will also be hosting a joint
book drive with Pi Beta Phi for Le Bonheur.
