played a crucial role in leading
the chapter through a successful
recruitment process while adeptly
managing an unexpected visit from
Interna onal's CLC!
A er 24 years of living all over the
U.S., I am thrilled to say I am back
in the KC metro! During college,
Gamma Phi was the place I felt most
supported and accepted. I excelled
in areas I never thought possible,
all due to my sisters' promp ng and
encouragement. This is the reason I
felt led to give back, and there is no
be er place to serve than Sigma.
My background is in law and HR
consul ng, which dovetails nicely
with my new role of mentoring and
advising the execu ve board of
Sigma Chapter. It has been a wild and
crazy year already. I know that these
amazing women I have the privilege
of counseling will keep me busy; I love
them all already!
When I am not working on Gamma
Phi issues, I love to read; take long
drives in the country; play with my
two standard poodles; spend me
with my husband, family, and friends;
and create needlepoint, which I taught
myself during lockdown.
Fulfillment for me in this advising role
will be seeing the women I mentor
grow into who they are truly meant
to be: thriving future leaders in their
families, businesses, and communi es.
