"Seeing them sing along and feel the same emotions I felt writing it means the world to me." The biggest highlight of her music career has been being on the road, seeing new cities, and playing for different crowds. "Lately, people know the words to my songs, and I can't get over it!" Lauren has met and written with many of her heroes. She also had the opportunity to open for Morgan Wallen in 2023 and will be on tour with him this spring. Lauren loves what she does, so the challenges, which include hard work and sacrifice, are worth it. She is grateful for the supportive people in her life who cheer her on. Since she has been singing for so long, her voice has changed along the way, which is something that scared her at first but she now embraces. "I absolutely love learning new tricks and skills and trying to sing songs I never thought I could." Lauren loves having Caroline in the music business with her, and they write many of Lauren's songs together. "She taught me so much of what I know and now we get to cheer each other on." Lauren's little sister, Anna, is also an inspiration to Lauren. While her career path is different, it has just as many challenges and sacrifices, and the way she handles them motivates Lauren to be better at her own job. When she's not singing, Lauren loves to be outside and turkey hunt as well as spend time with friends on her days off. While Lauren was nervous about meeting genuine friends in college, her fears were squashed when she met the Kappa Deltas. Those women became amazing friends to her. "I firmly believe good people know good people, and that's what I think of when I think of KΔ."
