PHI DELTA THETA HOUSE CORPORATION PO BOX 442100 LAWRENCE, KS 66044-2100 Address Service Requested I N D I A N A Z E T A C H A P T E R O F P H I D E L T A T H E T A The DePauw Phi T he Alumni Engagement Committee is pleased to share the launch of our inaugural alumni mentorship program tailored specifically for our incoming Phikeia! We believe this initiative to be among the first of its kind within Phi Delta Theta. Throughout the spring semester, each of our 23 undergraduates was paired with a dedicated alumni mentor. These mentors, representing various decades and graduating classes, were tasked with engaging in three meaningful discussions over the phone or, when possible, in person. They shared stories about their connections to Phi Delt, reminisced about their experiences at DePauw, discussed their career paths, and exchanged favorite Monon Bell memories. Additionally, several had the pleasure of attending the scholarship dinner in April in Greencastle, Indiana. The diverse backgrounds and expertise of our alumni mentors greatly enriched the mentorship experience, providing our Phikeia with a variety of perspectives and insights to support them as they navigate both their collegiate and future professional journeys. We are committed to maintaining and expanding this program for each incoming class as well as creating additional opportunities for alumni and undergraduates to connect. Many of us have found participating in this program to be a deeply rewarding way to give back to Indiana Zeta. If you are interested in becoming involved in this program, please reach out to Tod Karpinski '06 and Tom Heldt '97 for further details. Thank you to all alumni who have contributed to the success of this program, and we look forward to continued engagement and support from our alumni community!
