We have seen many new faces, and I believe the house has been a key factor. It has really added to the future of our chapter." –Logan Rieder '25, Recruitment Chairman "The new chapter house has made recruitment a whole different ballgame. Without a house, we had to be creative in planning events. Our new challenge: making hard decisions on the number of men that we have to turn away." –Charlie Gorman '26, Consul and Past Recruitment Chairman "The renovations have done much more than give us an amazing space to hold our chapter meetings and chapter dinners. They have allowed our brotherhood to grow deeper in many ways. Whether hanging out in the pit playing basketball or on our beautiful back balcony, the new chapter house has given us a place to come together and grow our brotherhood." –Ean Elston '26 "The renovated chapter house has helped establish a stronger appeal for the brothers, guests, and potential new members alike. Our house is the first impression of Sigma Chi for many, and those have largely been favorable so far. We have taken great pride in this new house and plan to keep it in top condition for years to come." –Marek Oganowski '27 "The chapter house has benefited us tremendously. As someone who was initiated without a home, it opened my mind up to the brotherhood that the chapter house instills. It's great seeing 50-60 of your brothers eating in the kitchen, shooting hoops, or even just studying around the house. The house has increased our camaraderie and strengthened our brotherhood, and for that, I'm very thankful." –Cole Kocher '26 "Having a chapter house has completely transformed my college experience. Sigma Chi was already an important place for me, but having a central location, especially one that has seen as much work and renovation as ours, has been amazing. You can tell the sacrifices that were made to invest in my experience through our historic home. I'm excited to live here through the summer and keep coming back throughout my time as a Bearcat." –Will Kerrey '26 "The first year in the new chapter house has been great. The layout is perfect, and the amenities truly make this place a home for our brothers." –Rob Nicolls '25 "This chapter house is everything I expected it to be and more— especially with the addition of the balcony overlooking the pit. This was one of my favorite spots to hang out and watch people play basketball (or even a game of cornhole). The couch and TV in the dining room are another great spot to hang out, eat, and watch a game." –Jamison Bodner '26 Congrats, Graduates!
