Because some seniors have been forced out of their retirement "homes", relocation and walk-away funds now exist. AAMHO, our only liaison to the Arizona legislature, recently got a law passed to protect seniors in manufactured housing from heat-related deaths. They are also working on rent caps for seniors, mandatory train- ing for managers, and criminal background checks for RV park staff.
