SENIORS' FAVORITE MEMORIES "I'll never forget mattress surfing down the stairs in the Chapter House for my 21st birthday. And I'll always remember all the nights that we brought our mattresses to the daybeds and had sleepovers!" –Mary Mac Krause '20 "As silly as it sounds, I'll always remember scaring my friends in the hallways before or after eating meals downstairs. It's always been something we've done, and it's actually become one of my favorite memories!" –Emily Pakula '20 CHAPTER GOALS Increase professional and academic development opportunities within the Chapter. This year, we introduced the brand-new professional development chairman, who will hold weekly office hours to help members build their résumé or LinkedIn, apply to grad school, or search for internships/postgrad opportunities. Our goal is to have 100% of our sisters involved externally! Attend more Panhellenic meetings and events. We are encouraging our members to engage in our larger Panhellenic community by facilitating a raffle system in which attending an event/meeting gets you one entry to the raffle. In doing this, we hope to expand our presence in this larger community! Keep members engaged by providing more leadership opportunities internally. By delegating to the Governing Council and appointed officers, we are engaging members of all ages and encouraging their commitment to Kappa Alpha. 3
