Dave Fiddament "Dave the Bible Reader" Yuma Proving Ground Highway 95 Land Withdrawal Draft Legislative Environmental Impact Statement for Requested Public Land Withdrawal in Vicinity of Highway 95, Yuma Proving Ground, Arizona The U.S. Army (Army) Yuma Proving Ground (YPG) seeks your comments on a Draft Legislative Environmental Impact Statement (LEIS) analyzing the environmental impacts associated with the Army's withdrawal request of ap- proximately 22,000 acres of public land managed by the Bureau of Land Man- agement as an addition to YPG near Yuma, Arizona. The requested addition would be for an air delivery testing safety buffer for the existing drop zones within the current YPG range boundary. This request must be approved by Congress.
