SPRING 2024 P H I G A M M A D E L T A | B E T A K A P P A | U N I V E R S I T Y O F C O L O R A D O W e're excited to update you on our ongoing fundraising campaign, Boulder FIJI: Not for College Days Alone! Each of our generous donors has played a vital part in this significant step toward transforming our newly purchased property into a lasting symbol of our strong brotherhood. Thanks to donor support, we've already raised over $860,000! The Beta Kappa Housing Corporation is in the final stages of negotiating the purchase of an ownership interest in 1215 13th Street as an equity partner. Once finalized, the house corporation will lease all 17 apartments in the building to Beta Kappa Fijis. The apartments will provide housing for 30 Fiji brothers starting in the summer of 2025. The building also includes a large downstairs lounge that the house corporation is already leasing so that the chapter finally has its own meeting and brotherhood space. This new space recently served as the venue for this fall's initiation ceremony, where we welcomed 34 new members. But our journey is not yet complete! To realize our vision and make this new house truly exceptional, we aim to reach our original goal of $1.5 million. Support thus far has been remarkable, but we need all graduate brothers to join our effort so we can reach our campaign goal.
