Green had seven sons, all of whom entered the business. In 1932 the sons acquired Lux & Bond Jewelers and renamed the company Lux Bond & Green. Now, with six stores in Connecticut and Massachusetts, Lux Bond & Green has been named the #1 diamond engagement store in New England by West Hartford magazine.
