To advance our chapter's priority of academic excellence, we must:
• Fund the recruitment of high-quality members by offering scholarships to
incoming freshmen.
• Fund the retention of our members by offering scholarships to upperclassmen
as well as incentives to live in the facility.
• Provide scholarships to those in need or experiencing financial setbacks to
help pay for fraternity dues, tuition, and chapter room and board.

To advance our member's personal and professional growth, we must:
• Fund leadership development, alumni mentoring and internship programs,
and educational initiatives as part of the FarmHouse experience.
• Fund professional speakers to present to FarmHouse members on various
development topics.
S U STA I N A B I L I T Y F U N D I N G
To advance our chapter's priority of affordability, we must:
• Pay down the $1.9 million debt remaining on the new facility.
• Assist with long-term operations, including the city's steep
property tax increase of $120,000 per year.
• Lessen the financial burden on undergraduates to support
our ability to recruit members from diverse backgrounds.

To advance our chapter's priority of offering a top facility, we must:
• Fund the ongoing maintenance needed to support our new chapter house,
including enhanced security features.
• Create an infrastructure reserves fund for furnishings and regular updates.
