ashington Chapter is committed to supporting our active Chapter by
utilizing our alumni network and ensuring success for our members.
David Gilluly '16 and Zachary Williams '16 realized there was an opportunity to structure
solidified mentorship and launched the Manus Multae Professional Mentorship Program.
The mission of the program is to leverage the "many hands" of the Alpha Delta Phi alumni
network to provide mentorship, coacéingé and career opportunities for the next generation of
Alpha Delta Phi. This fosters a better relationship between the active Chapter and alumni while
providing wisdom through professional experiences.
The undergraduates have jumped on the opportunity, and we have had many recent alumni step up
as mentors. The program includes ongoing workshops on topics like interviewing and résumés for
actives throughout the year. With 17 mentee/mentor pairings, we have seen early success and hope
to scale this for years to come.
As we continue to build the program, we
will need additional alumni to volunteer as
mentors. Please contact Zach or David if
