No need to get out in the weather to
handle your banking needs.
Redstone Live is an on-demand video
service that lets you bank from your
mobile device or your desktop computer.
Simply access it from our website, mobile
app, or – soon – through online banking.
Members can talk with Redstone staffers
using their own device, as long as it has
camera and microphone abilities.
In July alone, more than 1,200 members
took advantage of the service.
With Redstone Live, members can open
a new account, apply for a new loan
(excluding mortgages and HELOCs), and
view, sign, and share documents. You can
also get information on existing accounts
or loans or make changes to accounts.
New members use it to join Redstone
without coming into a branch.
Download the new Redstone Live app
through your device's app store, or go
to redfcu.org and click "Contact Us."

Redstone Live is available to all
members Monday through Friday
from 9:00 am – 5 pm CST and
Saturday from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm CST.
