• Installed exterior lighting to light up the house and heirloom oaks at
night for safety and to improve aesthetics.
• Replaced aging security cameras with state-of-the-art, high-
resolution cameras and installed a new camera management system.
• Replaced patio gate locks with better-functioning electronic locks.
• Refinished dining room tables.
• Replaced can lights throughout the first floor and installed dimmers.
• Replaced outdoor cushions on balcony furniture.
• Reupholstered first-floor den furniture.
• Resurfaced and polished marble tile in the foyer.
• Replaced trees and shrubs damaged by winter freeze.
