This is incredible, and we greatly appreciate the 72 graduate brothers who have contributed what is nearing $1 million to make this possible. With their support, we are well on our way to building a strong future for Phi Gamma Delta at the University of Colorado. While we are now able to purchase the property at 1215 13th Street, our work is by no means done. Now, we must turn this house into a home. We need to furnish and decorate the house and turn the space into one we can all be proud of. When finished, our new home will not only be a quality living environment where undergraduate brothers can thrive as they develop as Courageous Leaders. It will provide much needed meeting and study space. It will also be a place we as graduate brothers will want to visit and share with our loved ones as well. We're getting even closer to achieving our $1.5 million goal and making our vision a reality; with all brothers on board, we are confident we can close that gap in no time. You could be the one who gets us across the finish line! Help us get to work on providing our brotherhood with the home they deserve. This new home will enhance the Beta Kappa experience and strengthen the potential of our brotherhood, but graduate brother financial support is key to making that happen. If you have not yet joined our efforts, now is the time to do so. We encourage you to think back to your time at the house and remember what gifts FIJI has given you. Any gift, no matter the size, will make a difference in this next chapter of our brotherhood, and we can assure you that your support will not go unrecognized.
