T his year, Epsilon Chapter continued its tradition of success, focusing on new programs to help men excel. To work toward this goal, Hypophetes Chase Ryan '22 E-2471 has created study groups across the Chapter. We saw academic growth this spring with a semester GPA of 3.28. This is impressive for a fraternity full of difficult majors like engineering, biology, and chemistry. New opportunities to work together truly made a positive difference. Also in the spring, we worked with Pi Beta Phi for Greek Week, placing second out of 16 teams. We won first place in team spirit, lip-sync, and community service. Many Fraters consider Greek Week the best time of the year because we always work as hard as possible to win. The last five years, we have placed in the top three teams; we hope to claim first in the year to come! To kick off philanthropy for the fall, our Suds and Studs event raised over $1,200. For Halloween, we're planning "Screams for St. Jude," complete with a haunted house. We are proud of our 36-member fall pledge class, including new members from Iowa to India. We're also excited to initiate our 2,500th member this fall—a record for all-time initiates in any TKE Chapter. Our 12th consecutive Top TKE Chapter recognition was the icing on the cake; this also marks our 27th win overall. It's been a great year, and we look forward to another term of doing great things and growing closer as Fraters.
