LEGACY OF LEADERSHIP
Honoring Colorado Alpha's Grand Presidents
E
ngaging our alumni so we can share Colorado Alpha news,
success stories, and event invitations is only possible if we can
reach them! This is easier said than done when contact information
changes so quickly and frequently.
Right now, we're missing complete contact information—mailing
address and email—for 56% of our Colorado Alpha alumni! (For
our more than 1,200 living alumni, we have 59% of their emails
and 89% of their mailing addresses.) We're asking for your help
with these two quick things so we can reconnect with brothers from
your time at Colorado.
Visit colorado.sigep.org/lost-brothers to see if any brothers in
your graduation year are "lost." There, you can submit updated
contact information to ensure we don't lose touch with them again.
Make sure your own information is up to date by visiting
mysigep.org. This is your one-stop shop to update your contact info,
check out real-time information about Colorado Alpha, recommend
a future brother for recruitment, see your SigEp Educational
Foundation giving history, and more.
Spending just a few minutes of your time will help Colorado Alpha
engage alumni as we gather for Homecoming, anniversaries, and
events as well as recruit dedicated volunteers to mentor young
undergraduate brothers!
C
olorado Alpha Chapter has been a leader in SigEp in many ways. We were the 10th Chapter
founded and the first west of the Mississippi. SigEp has chartered chapters on 376 campuses.
Some of these are now, like Colorado Alpha, dormant. In the years since 1901, there have been only
63 Grand Presidents of SigEp. Obviously, most of those 376 chapters have never had a single Grand
President. But Colorado Alpha is not most chapters. Three Grand Presidents have been from
Colorado Alpha! We're pleased to be able to share their names and faces with you as we reflect on
Colorado Alpha's impact on the greater SigEp community.
