T
he House Corporation has engaged the
professional services of Clark, Geer, Latham,
and Associates in Mobile to develop the redesign
of our gathering and dining areas as well as our
f ront and back exterior spaces. The ability to
open up the f ront of the house for events and
enhance common areas on the main level will
dramatically improve the function of our facility.
The aim is a better-functioning fraternity house
that will withstand heavy use over many years and
can be updated while keeping residents living in.
Construction will start after the fall 2023
semester and be completed before the fall 2024
semester and football season.
