issouri Alpha wants to make sure you're in
the loop! A flyer was recently mailed and
emailed asking you to confirm your preferred contact
information. If you've already mailed back the paper
form or responded online, no further action is needed.
But if you haven't yet replied, don't remember seeing
either outreach, or are unsure, please send your preferred
addresses to updatemyrecord@penningtonco.com.
Additionally, as shared above, we often supplement our
physical mailings with emailed communications. We
know emails can easily be missed and want to ensure
we're getting to your inbox. If you aren't getting emails
from Missouri Alpha, here are a few tips to remedy:
• Check your kitchen counter for the bio update flyer
we mailed earlier this summer. If your preferred
email isn't listed, please follow the instructions to
return the form.
• No form? Send an email to updatemyrecord@
penningtonco.com confirming your name and
preferred email address.
• Add "Missouri Alpha" to your email contacts. Our
messages will come from this sender name and
from the email of our communications coordinator,
alehr@penningtonco.com.
• Another solution is to check your spam or
promotions folder. If you find a Missouri Alpha email
in there, open it, engage with it (click on a link or
reply), and check your email settings to help the next
message land directly in your inbox.
