This 1960s home sorely needed a
remodel that would update the living area
while preserving the integrity of its
original design. The execution had to be
perfectly planned and sequenced to
protect unique details – this mattered
particularly while renovating the ceiling
with an uninterrupted surface that passes
through the original windowpane from
interior to exterior. The home is now
modern and energy-efficient, while paying
homage to its original construction.
