Recruitment Responsibilities VNR Recruitment Thomas Klusarits '22 (Γ1917) tommyklu4@gmail.com I am a sophomore from Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, majoring in business management. While going through recruitment, I fell immediately in love with the house and the brothers. I had such a great recruitment week at this house and wanted to make sure that it was kept to the highest standards, which is why I wanted to pursue VNR recruitment. I had the pleasure of going to AGR's recruitment school in Kansas City, which really helped me with the recruitment process. I am very proud and excited to announce that we recruited 26 great young men. I am excited to see everything these young men will do for our house in the future, as I am certain they are committed to upholding the standards that have made us such a great organization. Fraternal Growth VNR Membership Development Willard Sapp '21 (Γ1900) willardwsapp@gmail.com I am a junior from Clifton, Virginia, majoring in finance in the Smeal College of Business. I decided to run for my position mainly because of how passionate I am about our house. Our house has such great tradition and has built such a strong brotherhood over the past 100-plus years. Thanks to our VNR Recruitment Tommy Klusarits '25 (Γ1917), we have a very large class made up of outstanding young men. These past couple weeks have primarily been focused on educating our newest members on the history of our brotherhood, our values, and building their relationships with our current members. It has been a great semester so far, and I am confident that our newest members will do great things for our chapter. And no one is above anyone else; we all work together as a unit to overcome any obstacles in our way." Andrew Booths "To gain a supportive environment that would allow me to accelerate both socially and academically. I also joined to be a part of a group of men who care about giving back to those around them through ways such as community service. This house has allowed me to grow as a man while also helping others better themselves." Adin Shweiki "I joined this house seeking a group of supportive individuals to help better myself and those around me. Throughout recruitment week, I felt welcomed by the kind brothers into a house that promotes bettering oneself in all aspects in life. Growing as an individual is important to me, and as time goes on, Alpha Gamma Rho is the place where I can do that and work to my best ability." Casey Mirmelstein "I saw brothers that would make me a better person now and in the future. I also think that this house will give me a better perspective and outlook on different situations, which will help me succeed in the future. Finally, I also felt as though I shared many of the same moral values with other brothers." AJ Jang W el com e, Ne w M e m b er s
