Box 442100 Lawrence, KS 66044-2100 Address Service Requested SIGMA CHI FRATERNITY – DELTA UPSILON CHAPTER – KANSAS STATE UNIVERSITY KSTATESIGMACHI.COM @KSTATESIGMACHI M ark your calendars for Sigma Chi's 75th anniversary event on Saturday, April 20, 2024. We will share hotel and group rate information as soon as it becomes available. Update your email address so you don't miss anything about the event: send a message to updatemyrecord@ penningtonco.com with your preferred contact information. W e need your support to push us over the top! We've raised more than 85% of our goal to endow Sigma Nu KSU as a Bell Chapter, and we're less than $40,000 away from the finish line. Many of you have already provided generous support, and thanks to your generosity, Brothers Matthew Kennedy '23, Jack Dillavou '24, and Wyatt Lindsey '24 were awarded academic scholarships last fall. Three more brothers will receive scholarships again this coming fall, and once we're endowed, that will increase to four scholarships each year. Our chapter will also have priority access to several of Sigma Chi's leadership programs this summer. The Bell Chapter Challenge—a program of the Sigma Chi Foundation—provides permanent annual benefits to the chapter. Every year, the chapter will have priority access to the Sigma Chi Leadership Institute's premier programming, and once endowed, $4,000 per year will be available to undergraduates in academic scholarships. The chapter will also receive travel reimbursements for chapter attendance at Sigma Chi programs and more. We are poised to be the first chapter in the state of Kansas to reach this milestone, distinguishing us as a premier chapter in Sigma Chi. Sigma Chi Foundation's research has shown that Bell Chapters outperform non-Bell Chapters in a number of areas, including academic performance, campus involvement, community service, and philanthropy. To learn more about this program, visit sigmachi.org/bell, and for information on how to support this campaign, contact Sam Smith, director of development for Sigma Chi Foundation, at sam.smith@ sigmachi.org or (847) 425-4463, or visit members.sigmachi.org/bcc-deltaupsilon.
