The chapter had a very strong recruitment and is continuing to grow! Despite the frustrating football season, we kept it lively with a great tailgating atmosphere and look forward to continuing the fun this year. To keep our brothers connected, alumni chapter representatives have been hosting get- togethers in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Denver, and Los Angeles. If you do not know who your representative is, please email ouatoalumni@yahoo.com. On campus, Jake Surratt '20 and Josh Fleming '20 took home the title in the IFC Homerun Derby, and ATΩ continued its dominance in University Sing, winning the best directors award! Chapter representatives attended the ATΩ Congress meeting and Presidents Retreat this summer, where they connected with ATΩs from around the country and brought back great ideas to improve our chapter. In the fall, Delta Kappa qualified for a recruitment and scholarship excellence award and was selected as an Upper Alpha chapter. We finished the semester as the largest chapter on campus, with 262 active members, and also excelled academically. The chapter obtained a GPA of 3.16 and finished in the top four new member GPAs across fraternities at 3.2. We are proud of our successes this past fall, and we are expecting continued success in grades, intramurals, recruiting, and philanthropies this spring.
