ver holiday break, the entry, dining room,
living room, kitchen, and back hall walls were
painted an off-white, matching the existing trim
color to brighten and refresh the main floor of the
Tri Delta House. A collage of artwork was installed
on the downstairs stairwell wall as a warm addition
to the basement entry for the sisters and their guests.

Kimberly Lee Bean '80 and the decorating
committee are in the process of selecting fabrics to
order new living room and rec room sofas.
Sarah Soule Webb '01 painted and donated a new
crest for the basement, which is being framed and will
be installed soon. Follow Sarah's amazing artwork on
Instagram at @sarahsoulewebbstudios.
Guthrie Landscape took care of our landscaping needs
to ensure the cold weather did not harm our plants, and
Greg maintained the basement pipes system over the hard
freeze in December. We are certainly lucky to have such a
great team!
We look forward to a lovely spring semester at the
Capstone. In the coming weeks, we'll be looking at other
possible touch-up areas to have our home even more
beautiful and polished for recruitment. Stay tuned for
