eta Kappa continues to adapt as recruitment procedures evolve. We understand how important
it is to take a stand against hazing, and we recognize the harm it has on new and old members
alike. Beta Kappa actively supports the nationwide decision to end pledging. We truly believe that
the longevity and strength of our brotherhood are better without it. We are excited to see other Fiji
Chapters join us in this stand as we move forward together.

n October 28, Beta Kappa hosted
its second annual Pig Dinner since
rechartering. With 175 brothers and guests
coming from all over the country, the event
was a huge success.
During the evening, Beta Kappa's Housing
Corporation officially announced Boulder
FIJI: Not for College Days Alone! to purchase
a permanent house for the Chapter. The
undergraduates are lucky to have graduate
brothers so active and dedicated to the success
of the Chapter. Beta Kappa is very proud of its
relationships with graduates and looks forward
to working closely with them in the future.

his fall, we were excited to welcome 25 new members to Theta class. These gentlemen have
shown outstanding Friendship, Knowledge, Service, Morality, and Excellence—all semester
long. The brotherhood is lucky to have these young men and Fiji will continue working with Theta
class as we progress into 2023. The chapter now sits at 127 active members.
